From Hastière to Andenne, let yourself be guided along thousands of kilometres of paths reserved exclusively for cyclists. You will find many bike rental companies and shops, not to mention accommodation with the “Bienvenue vélo” (Welcome Bike) label, which offer adapted services and equipment. Here are our three favourite routes to totally immerse yourself in Explore Meuse.
The 3 RAVeLs loop
The 3 RAVeLs loop is the perfect way to enjoy a cycling holiday!
A bike ride to discover the Meuse Valley, the old railway “Line 150” in the heart of the Molignée Valley and the Sambre Valley.
On your journey, there are several cities and attractions: Namur, the Strawberry Museum, …
This is an opportunity to stay for 2 or 3 days in our valleys and enjoy the many “Bienvenue Vélo” (Welcome Bike) accommodation options. A great way to spend a few days relaxing amongst magnificent scenery!

Fernelmont rural ride
You might as well stop looking, you won’t find a village called Fernelmont. In fact, although the community is called Fernelmont, the place does not exist. In 1977, during the time when ten villages merged, the new community was named Fernelmont, the name of the castle-farm located more or less in the centre of the new area. The community house is located in Noville-les-Bois, near the castle, which is the starting point of this walk in the heart of the Fernelmont countryside.

Grand Andenne Breakaway
This mountain bike ride takes you on a discovery of the Grand Andenne.
You will start your journey in Seilles and then reach the Sclaigneaux Nature Reserve, an ideal place to saunter along, let go and reconnect with nature!
Classified as a Natura 2000, this reserve is characterised by diverse fauna and flora. At the end of the trail, you will descend into the Loysse valley to return to the Meuse. Then, you will go up the Samson valley which will lead you straight to the Château de Seilles (Seilles castle), not far from the finish.
Along the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the majestic Saint-Maurice Romanesque church, to visit Thon-Samson, one of the Most Beautiful Villages of Wallonia, to discover part of the GR575 hiking trail and to stop and admire the magnificent views of the Meuse valley.
