Raw apple cider


An entirely artisanal cider from 2019 distilled by the Cidrerie du Condroz located near Havelange, in the province of Namur. The apples are delicately pressed during 4 hours. The juice is then naturally fermented for 5 months in oak barrels. Natural bubbling in bottles by second fermentation. A complex, aromatic and fresh cider thanks to the varieties of apples used in the blend. Very little bitterness, a surprising aromatic length and a delicate, fine and light bubble. 7% vol. alcohol. 75cl
