Biscuiterie Destrée
Stephen Destrée trained as a pastry chef. It was in 2008 that he decided to launch his own biscuit business. "I want to take people on a journey, to make them dream with biscuits that come from a love of the craft," he says.
Each biscuit has its own particularity: crunchy or fondant, with almonds, caramel, chocolate or vanilla, it's up to you to choose... or not!
The biscuit factory also makes bespoke biscuits for tea houses and savoury biscuits.
The biscuit factory's watchwords are quality, respect for raw materials and mastery of the finished product, which earned Stephen Destrée First Prize in the national competition "La Vitrine de l'artisan 2010".
