Cuvée des boscailles
Cuvée des Boscailles is a fruit wine with seductive organoleptic qualities, made by fermenting fruit juices. Since 1990, Isabelle and Fabrizio have been working on a process to produce the healthiest possible wines, by selecting mainly local fruit, all grown using integrated and sustainable methods or from natural arboriculture, and by using low-temperature vinification techniques that limit the use of sulfites to the strict minimum.
