Brasserie François
The Brasserie François is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie. All year round, the menu, which is renewed every six months, offers traditional brasserie cuisine: from andouillette to calf's head and mussels and a host of suggestions, with a homarium completing the range.
The chef takes care to choose quality suppliers, favouring local producers.
The delicious Zeeland mussels, a speciality of the house, can be tasted in various preparations, both classic and original.
The terrace of the Brasserie François is very popular during the summer months and is worth a visit for a "serenity break". You can also eat in the shelter of one of the three heated beach huts, in a cosy atmosphere.
