After studying advertising, Maryne gave up everything to train as an ice-cream maker.
2 years later, she took over a bakery and set up her own ice cream parlour.
In 2016, Maryne was awarded the title of ‘Best Belgian artisan ice-cream maker’ by the members of the jury of the French-speaking Belgian federation.
In 2019, she took part in a competition in Italy and was ranked 63rd in the world and 1st in Belgium.
Just goes to show you should always follow your dreams!
Maryne creates artisanal ice cream, using quality products from local producers.
