Le Cercle des Femmes peintres & Kikie Crêvecoeur

An exhibition on the first women's art collective, entitled "Le Cercle des Femmes peintres featuring Kikie Crêvecoeur" (The Circle of Women Painters featuring Kikie Crêvecoeur), exploring the collective's place in the 19th-century Belgian art world and taking a fresh look at its pictorial practice by revisiting the work of a contemporary artist, Kikie Crêvecoeur.

The different themes are floral painting, a look at society, the portrait tradition and landscape painting.

On view from 13 April to 8 September 2024.

Open Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm, closed on Mondays.
