When it comes to freshness and products, there's only one rule: the best products and fruit in season. Madagascar vanilla, Sicilian pistachios, mountain honey, top-quality cocoa, homemade salted butter caramel decooked in cream, homemade ganache and fruit coulis, not forgetting the famous Wépion strawberries used to make our homemade ice cream every day, just like our crêpes and Brussels waffles cooked by the minute. No artificial colourings or flavourings are used in any of our ice creams!
In addition to our ice creams, sorbets, milkshakes, crêpes and waffles, we offer a range of savoury dishes, all prepared in the traditional way, fresh every day and of the highest quality, topped off with a dish of the day and a 3-course lunch!
